Lets be Clear

Marriage is sacred in many religions, it binds two persons (a man and a woman) to share their life to each other and open their hearts in making or having a family. Many believed that it is forbidden to separate or to terminate a couple’s marriage once they are bound to each other. Yet many countries are proposing a bill that would legalize the termination/separation of a bound couple or so called divorce.

According to Webster, Divorce is a legal or official separation of two married couples. There are many factors that causes Divorce to a couple and of course Effects will follow.

Before anything else let us first discuss the types of Divorce(According to my Research).
Contested Divorce – both parties( the man and the woman ) is required to have a lawyer and of course with such action is very expensive for the lawyer will have to do a lot of work and it is by his hand if the case will win or not. Spouses are more limited with this type of divorce.
At-Fault Divorce – in every case there is always a proof or evidence and in divorce (Al-Fault Divorce) it is the only way that a party can terminate their marriage. Providing proof like how incompetent the wife/husband is.
No-Fault Divorce – Opposite to At-Fault Divorce, this type of divorce does not require any proof or evidence. A simple “Yes” is enough even though the opposing party says “No”. However, the court will still need proof when it comes to dividing the properties of the couple.
Summary Divorce – Applied in some Jurisdiction, this type of divorce happens when spouses failed to provide the admissibility of couple. Examples( according to Wiki) are Short marriage, No Children, minimal economical income and etc.
Uncontested Divorce – Divorce which doesn’t need any Lawyer or a Collaborative Counsel is a Uncontested Divorce. Divorce is acceptable if the two parties agree on their decision to withdraw and split their marriage. After discussing on how to split their properties, both parties can approach the court and most likely the approval for this is surefire.
Most cases of divorce happen because couples tend to take marriage for granted, some are in a hurry that they didn’t have time thinking what is going to happen next. And for some, marriage only serves as a “title” that they must attain in life and after attaining it they will proceed with divorce.
Of course with such action comes with great consequence affecting the economical, psychological and even academic of a person. Economical and Academic actually come along together, studies shows that most of the children living in a divorced family tend to lack self-esteem affecting their academic and morality. This is due to the fact that they pretty much survive through independency and misguided with their purpose in life. Despite of their negativity, there are still those who tend to develop themselves and make it as a challenge for them in their life. With good academic comes with good economy. If a child is low on academic due to a divorced family then he/she may have difficulty in progressing and improving the economy of the country and for him/herself.

In our daily life where mistake is no stranger to us, people tend to make hasty decisions as if they are in a hurry. We have been given the gift of life, no matter how long or short it is we must take it seriously. Partners should think wisely on their strategic decisions specially things like marriage. Marriage is not only a game for two but a game in which the two of you should enjoy and spend the rest of your life and your family.
